What type of .22 rifle and scope is the best to get for your money?
I am planning on getting a gun soon and I’m looking at getting a .22 for hunting small game like squirrels, rabbits, muskrats, etc. I am willing to spend around $300 for a gun and up to $50-$60 for a scope. I have talked to several people and they say i should get a Ruger 10/22 with possible a Tasco scope. But i have never bought a gun before so i need suggestions from people who have had good/bad experiences with .22’s. Thanks.
Also what is best to get a tube feed .22 or a .22 with a clip?
Ruger 10/22 is the best .22 You can get,I own one and there awesome for plinking and small game hunting, load them with Sub-Sonic round’s and You can kill full grown coyote’s.
P.S. .22 with clip is better.
